MalibuBoutique Style beach House With Pool & Guest House

The Sea Lion House is 3900 square feet. Renovation completed May 2013
6 bedrooms in the main house, 3 of them Master bedrooms. Main Master bedroom is secluded upstairs with a large balcony indoor and outdoor fireplace to enjoy ocean views and beautiful sunsets.
In the main house:
The house is fitted with Sonos (wifi audio) system so that guests can play music from their computers, iphones etc., in the Kitchen, Dining sitting area, and TV room as well as Master Bedroom deck.
1 powder or guest bathroom,
Kitchen with breakfast table, kitchen can be partially closed for the case guests choose to hire catering or personal cook.
Our Dining room is separate from the kitchen in a lofty style area with a fire place and big cozy sofas, perfect for relaxing after dinner.
Snuggle up to a good movie in front of the fire place in the TV room which is separated from main house. Apple TV, Cable, Dolby surround system make perfect home screenings.

A sweet and comfortably sized guest house offers a quiet retreat to the sound of ocean waves has its garden area for relaxing. Sleeps up to 4 people if guests choose to put in an extra bed. A nice size bathroom with shower and good sized. (guest house interior has not been photographed but is new)
A chill out deck has been recently added above the pool with cushions and pillows designed for sun filled lazy days.

The property is gated providing privacy with remote control gate and garage opener.

If you walk to the corner of our street you are at the beach!

Grocery store, dry cleaners, post office, restaurants are all with in approx 1.5 kilometers.

Prada, Missonni, Maxfields, Kitsons, Mac, Rubin Chapelle, Nobu, Mr.Chow, and more are a ten min. drive to Malibu Country Mart is a favorite place for celebrities to bring their kids and shop.

Point Dume is a known for its beautiful beaches and surf. We think you will love it too!

The Perfect Malibu Home

This was my first time renting through VRBO and it could not have gone better. Dana is the best!!! She was available for communication throughout our stay and made us feel very comfortable. This was the perfect house for a group! We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and outdoor area. 11/10 recommend. We were in a safe neighborhood in Malibu with quick access to Point Dume as well as grocery stores and coffee shops. This was the perfect home for our bridal weekend! All of the rooms are better than pictured- our guests and instagram followers were mesmerized 😍❤️ Best rental experience so far; has made me a VRBO user for life now. Thank you, Dana!

Excellent Malibu Getaway

Secret Gem in Point Dume

Booked home for family attending our daughter's college graduation and with 11-12 adults this precious ranch had plenty of room to spread out and bedrooms to spare. Dana was an absolute doll to work with and answered all of our questions quickly, as well as, being proactive with suggestions for our trip. This house looks every bit eclectic as it's pictures show and accessorized with everything you would need to host a fabulous weekend of celebrating. Thank You Dana, we look forward to staying here again for the next graduation!

This was quite literally the best renting experience i have ever had! The house and property are stunning, the host could not be nicer and was the most responsive, helper host ever! Each room and bathroom is spacious and feels like a true master. Can’t say enough good things, will definitely rent again!

Hello I am from Seattle and moved to Malibu with my family in 1998. I have four kids and this was our first home, we love Malibu! We currently live in Europe but came back to renovate our home and put it on the market for rent.

Why they chose this property

This is a perfect house! Located on a quiet street just steps away from the best beaches and beautiful Point Dume State park. As Goldy Locks would say not too big and not too small ' Its just right'. Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, 4 fire places, TV room with surround, this is the perfect place to entertain friends and family or just get away.
