Great location with water views in a quiet neighborhood with private beach access! Perfect rental for families to enjoy all the North Fork has to offer. Situated minutes from both downtown Greenport and Southold.

Outdoor deck and patio is ideal for morning coffee and summer bbq's. Steps to the beach for a refreshing swim in Peconic Bay and an outdoor shower for washing the sand off your feet.

Within a mile of Country View Farm Stand and Old Field Vineyard to pick up local vegetables and wine. Whether you are visiting the North Fork for the first time or have been before we are happy to recommend all our favorite spots.
