Leave all your worries at home! Enjoy world class sunsets, Lake Ontario fishing, swimming, boating, private tennis pickleball and basketball court, horsehoe pit, firepit, golf courses, go-kart racing, mini-golf, flea markets, historic Sacketts Harbor, restaurants, biking, and more.

3 bedrooms downstairs with large loft area upstairs with 5 twin beds. Roku TV upstairs and down. Video game hook ups on both TV's. Free Wi-Fi. One full bath on main floor. Two additional showers and 2 toilets downstairs, with outside entrance. Coin operated washer/dryer downstairs. All bed and bath linens provided. Outside patio with patio furniture and gas grill provided.

Basement now also has 2 additional showers and 2 additional toilets and coin operated laundry. Outside entrance for those.

We are now on public water!!
There are also 2 additional smaller houses on property. Inquire for details.

Great spot with a great host!

This house was perfect for our vacation! The loft area was a perfect place for the teenagers and the kids and adults loved playing on the tennis/basketball court. Communication with the host is easy and she is very accommodating. The kitchen has everything you need! It was nice having laundry in the basement as well. Will definitely rent from Elizabeth again in the future!

Loved the property, everything was clean and really enjoyed the openness of the living space. Loved being able to bring our puppies with us! Sis was a great host and available for any questions we had. Will definately come back again during nicer weather! Thoroughly enjoyed the space regardless of iffy November weather! Lake Ontario can be beautiful and fierce all at the same time. Getaways are all about the company you keep!

Better than anticipated

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was bigger than expected. The extra toilets and showers downstairs were a plus for our large group. Beautiful view of the lake. Quiet private road. We were pleasantly surprised to have a deck, ample outside seating and fire pit which we took advantage of. “Sis” was a wonderful host and so easy to communicate with. And yes, Sis, we did have fun! 😁 I highly recommend. We would definitely stay again.

Great getaway to relax

Let me start by saying this property was perfect for me and my family. We were traveling with 3 teenagers and 3 adults. The house had plenty of room to accommodate all of us. The tennis court and fenced in basketball hoop kept the kids active throughout the day. The extra showers and toilets downstairs made it very convenient for us. The sunsets are amazing over the lake right across the street. Siss was a great host and I look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful sunsets

Very comfortable property. Enough space for the whole family...from 8 to 86 y/o. Nice patio with fire pit to enjoy. We didn't get to as much as we wanted because it rained, but that's ok. We really enjoyed playing ladder toss in the backyard and the kids played on the swingset a lot. I loved that the family could use the bathroom/showers in the basement too and I did laundry! Thank you so much. The table was big enough with the extra leaf for family with meals and game play. Fun times!

We had 7 of us stay over thanksgiving. We loved the house. Amazing location with the lake across the street and visible from the living room. 3 bedrooms downstairs and a generous loft with 5 beds and a sitting area with TV that’s perfect for kids and teens. Well stocked kitchen...heck...I cooked thanksgiving in it! Loved that all linens were provided. Great large brand new bathroom in the basement with 2 large shower stalls and 2 private toilets. Made showers for all of us after fishing quick and comfortable. I can’t say enough nice things about the owners who are genuine people that care about your comfort and the home they rent. We look forward to coming back in the summer. You won’t regret staying here.

SPACE!! Better than expected. Couldn't be happier.

My family loves to rent vacation homes. This one was the best bang for your buck! It's much larger than expected. It's more beautiful than expected. There were more bathrooms than expected. The beds were more comfortable than expected. And there were more activities than expected. The air conditioning was great since it was hot while we were there. It kept the whole house very cool. We brought paddle boards, kayaks and tubes for the lake. The water was perfect. The beach is full of rocks instead of sand but it wasn't much of a bother. It made the water very clear. The beach is also conveniently close to the house. We spent a lot of time on the lake, on the patio outside, and around the fire pit once night fell. The kitchen has everything you'd need. There are 3 refrigerators total, just in case you are housing a football team for the week. There's enough towels for a football team too. The awesome owner, Sis, brought us an extra basketball (since there's a hoop on the tennis court) and a bunch of pamphlets for plenty of activities and restaurants in the area. My guests and I wish we had more time there. I usually like to go to a new house every time but I would visit this one repeatedly. Highly recommend.

I grew up in Pulaski and absolutely love this area. I was a middle school teacher for 30 years in Mexico, NY and retired in 2020. I manage 5 rental properties full time now and enjoy every minute! I love meeting new people and making my guests feel at home.

Why they chose this property

This house is located across the road from Lake Ontario and has water access rights. My husband and I have lived on the same road about 200 yards away for 40 years. When the opportunity came up to buy this property in 2007, we did!

What makes this property unique

You will love this house! Take your morning walk around South Sandy Pond, drink your coffee while the sun is coming up, play tennis whenever you wish, play basketball on the court at your leisure, also fish, fish, fish etc, etc . There is also a playset and sand pile on site for young children to enjoy. This house is located across the street from Lake Ontario, but has Lake access rights about 300 yards away. We are also now on public water.
