The place was clean with extras that I don't usually get with other rentals. The deck with the river view was phenomenal. Given the chance i will return.
It’s called a fishing camp. It’s a family home turned rental and it’s full of all the amenities of home. Comfortable and convenient to the river and town. Not modern but clean and well stocked. One bathroom but great water pressure and hot water. Already booked for next year!
My husband and I are both born and raised in the Utica area, we both enjoy the great outdoors. Anything from hunting, fly fishing, snow shoeing, ice fishing, spending time on our family camp floating on the lake.
Why they chose this property
This is a family camp that has been in the family for three generations. The access to the river, deck overlooking the river are a few of my favorites. Fantastic neighbors, walking distance to fishing areas, grocery shopping, eating establishments. Small shops in the village along with a movie theater!
What makes this property unique
We have our own access to the with a deck and stairs walking down to the RIver.
