Gracefully and attractively furnished - new kitchen, large living room with sofa-bed, dining for six, and a large private lanai featuring new patio furniture. Amenities include central air conditioning, walk-in shower, separate tub, and natural stone counters.
Stays 14 - 21 days will require a linen exchange service ($70.00 plus tax). Stays of 21 - 30 days will require an interim cleaning ($110.00plus tax).

The unit is on the quieter side of the resort and very convenient if you want to walk to the local grocery store or hop on the main highway. The unit has a nice view of the ocean and feels private. Easy access to the pools, walking path, and Dukes.

Property is exactly what we needed for our stay in Maui. Kitchen had all the esssntials, the kids were comfortable on the pull out couch. And the view is unbeatable. We ate every meal we had at the condo on the lanai soaking in the view.

Everything was great with this place! We had the best time at this condo! It was clean, perfect location and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation in Maui! You can snorkel with sea turtles right in front of the house too. Dukes on site was amazing and the service was even better. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved the Honua Kai! This unit was quiet and had a great view out on the lanai. We saw whales from our balcony! The resort was perfect for families. Our kids loved the various pools. One thing we really enjoyed is the location to the food truck park. We ate there about 5 times and felt the food was hands down the best out of everything we ate in Hawaii! Also the little shopping center across the street had a great pizza place and shaved ice! we loved our stay here. Thank you so much!

Beautiful Waterview with exceptional accommodations

The one bedroom condo does not feel cramped and has a nice northern exposure of the water making it easy to see whales. It’s well furnished with everything you need even with chairs etc. to go to the beach. Honua Kai is a high-end property with everything you could need, including easy access to Dukes restaurant. You can’t go wrong staying here.

Direct access to the beach-walk which will take you all the way down Ka'anapali Beach from one end to the other. Walk to Whalers Village restaurants and shopping.
Honua Kai offers the perfect venue for memorable vacations for couples, and for families with children.

What makes this property unique

Ocean views from all windows, quiet and relaxing. Listen to the ocean waves. The '48 stack of condos in the new Konea building is the closest stack of 1 bedroom units to the beach at Honua Kai. We have one of the closest and nicest ocean views of any 1 bedroom condo in the Honua Kai complex.
When we vacation in Maui the proximity to the ocean, and the view and sounds of the beach are important to us. This unit offers the best there is.
