An aborted stay

We called the host on the afternoon we were to check in, and he told us then that the house had been double booked and there was a family in it already. This was the afternoon before the solar eclipse and there was NO other place to stay in the area. We were obviously very upset…. Fortunately family members found places for 7 of us to sleep on the floor. We were very lucky. But will not be confident in booking with VRBO in the future.
