We very very pleased with our vacation stay . House was very clean, lots on naturalLight and spacious, and we loved the front porch swing . Beds were comfortable (especially if you like a firm master bed) . Host was responsive . Only reason we didn't give 5 stars was because the oven was finicky and didn't work properly , only 1 kitchen dish towel and no pot holders (once notified they did have more delivered) and the back/side yard needs some cleaning or landscape as it's just dirt.

Our family had a wonderful time on our stay. The house was large, clean, and comfortable. We liked it more the longer that we stayed and I definitely wanted to take that master bedroom home with me.

Our extended family really enjoyed staying here, and it had plenty of room for all of us. The unit had everything we needed, and the hosts were easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful spacious house but there were some hiccups. There’s mold in several areas of the house. The master bedroom bathroom has black gunk on the floor. When I contacted the host someone was supposed to come clean it and never showed waited all day for them to show. The kitchen needs more than one dish rag/towel available. Also, there’s no pot holders in the kitchen. It would also be nice if beach towels were available being so close to the beach. A baking or casserole dish would also help in the kitchen as well.

Thank you for staying with us and for the kind words about the home. I’m glad you found it beautiful and spacious, and I appreciate the feedback. I do want to clarify the concern about mold. I take any report like that very seriously, and my team responded right away to inspect the areas mentioned. We did not find mold. I also pride myself on providing a properly stocked kitchen, so I’m checking to make sure everything that should be there is there, including adequate kitchen towels, pot holders, and bakeware. While I don’t normally provide beach towels or other beach supplies, I really wish you had reached out about those items during your stay. I try to go out of my way to accommodate guest requests whenever I reasonably can, and my team is local and available to help. Thank you again for the feedback. I’ll use it to make sure the home is even better for the next guests.

House was perfect for our family getaway. We all had plenty of room to be together for family dinners and game nights. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do…… it was located close to downtown and only 20/25 minutes to the golf course and beach. Besides the WiFi bring spotty at times, it was the perfect place to stay.
