Carol’s home was the quiet respite we needed for a graduation celebration. The house is immaculate and well located. The yard is stunning and would be fantastic for a BBQ.
We found the location of the property very convenient to just about everything. The house is in a beautiful setting and is very good for porch sitting. Plenty of comfortable living space. Will definitely try to stay again.
Beautiful setting. Host Carol is very communicative. Close to College Station -- just a short drive to campus! And of course George was magical. Thank you, Carol!

So glad you all had a great time! Of course, George was an experience of a lifetime!
If you ever need a place in the BCS area, check this place out. An amazing house and yard for kids and also allows for your fur-family to join as well. Carol is awesome and a ease to work with.

Thank you! So glad you and your family enjoyed your stay!
The house and property were beautiful and well maintained. The house was very nicely decorated, clean and comfy. We really appreciated the location and property, being very near to town, but just out enough to be almost rural. It was a quiet, peaceful area. The owner was welcoming, accommodating and easy to reach. We had a wonderful short stay, and I’d definitely be willing to book there again and would love to stay for a longer time.

Weekend visit
Great private location. Very pretty lot, lots of trees, big backyard for dogs to play. Beds were comfortable, house was clean. Only negative was bad smell coming from garage, and would suggest to make a little more room in fridge for guests groceries. Other than that, really liked the nice quiet location. Very safe area.

So Sorry! Somehow fridge in garage was turned off and ...turkey in the freezer.. did not go "silently".......
Four of us came down from Washington state to watch the Notre Dame football game. The home is well furnished [- the rooms clean, enough beds and bathrooms. Essentially, the home is comfortable. Other than sleeping, we spent limited time at the house but the bunny rabbits were only slightly skittish in the yard. The location is convenient to Texas A&M, only a couple miles off campus, ~1 mile east of Rudder Freeway off Harvey road. Our only complaint is that we were never really able to figure out the television system - but we weren't there to watch TV.
The house was well equipped with everything you need. It was very clean and cozy. The front and back porch areas were great. The dining table inside accommodated our large group for dining and games. The location is a short drive to Texas A&M. The host was immediately responsive to the one question I asked. We had a wonderful time and will definitely rent again. Thank you for making this a fabulous weekend!
Family home turned game day get away. Great accessibility to every thing in CSTAT. Perfect place to chill with your family then head out to tailgate & attend Aggies game
Originally from Southern California, moved to Texas from Arizona in 1986 for spouse to become professor At Texas A&M University. My late husband and I raised our 3 children here in Aggie Land. I own and manage 5 long term residential lease properties in town that cater to students and families.
Why they chose this property
This home is right around the corner from the large custom country home my husband and I built to raise our children in. After his passing, this house became available and was completely remodeled to become the happy hideaway home for me.
What makes this property unique
Space - Quiet - Plenty of parking - In town convenience in the country!
