We live in Manhattan Beach, but have always loved the desert, especially the beautiful La Quinta area. This home is our vacation home that we have lovingly remodeled and furnished with all of the comforts of home! We love the pool, unique side yard with fireplace and tv and the gorgeous views of the mountains from the front courtyard. We are renting it for the season for only the second time as grandma is no longer staying there.

Why they chose this property

It’s peaceful, upscale, and surrounded by mountains. There are excellent restaurants and shopping in Old Town, less than 5 minutes from the house!!

What makes this property unique

There are four bedrooms, including the separate casita, great for multiple couples or families that need extra space. We have a grassy area out front and a huge side yard-the only one in this community.
