This was a fantastic base for our stay in Fairbanks ! The owner was very conscientious, even to the point of purchasing a Roku to make sure we could access all our streaming services. Very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

He was the best guest we ever had, he communicated extremely well, kept and left the place pristine like it was his own place. I wound highly recommended him to anyone, in-fact we need more guest like in this world, he is extremely considerate, clean and respectful.
The house is dated but clean and comfortable some small issues like one of the bathroom sinks don’t work we paid 100 a night and it’s definitely worth that. The host was great with communication and check in as long as your not looking for a 5 star house you will be plenty happy
I’m not unhappy at all I would definitely stay there again I’m just trying to give a accurate description and review for others
