You are also app. 40 minutes from downtown Asheville, 45 minutes to the Biltmore Estate, & less than 1 hour to the Asheville Regional Airport. Home is easily accessed via paved and fully maintained gravel roads, right up to the private parking area. 4-wheel drive is NOT required, and property can be easily accessed by any car or truck.
