Newly renovated, cozy and elegant apartment on the lower level of the house, with a private entrance, own parking, on a cul-de-sac, overlooking a wooded area.
Located just 16 miles from downtown Asheville, vibrant cultural and artistic area, 7 miles to downtown Weaverville, and 4 miles to the historic Marshall town, 21 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway.
There is a one king size bed, living room, dinning table, full bathroom with a walk in shower and a full kitchen stocked with dinnerware and silverware. Washer and Drier.
Climate control: the apartment has its own AC/Heat unit.
TV dish and free WiFi.
Located in Madison County, 1 mile from the Buncombe County line.
It has a private parking space( upper parking level) with a pathway to a few steps down to the right of the house to your private entrance.
Alicia and Daphne, a mini dachshund, live upstairs and will be happy to answer any questions you may have at any time.
This studio apartment is avalable for 3- 4nights only. No longer stays.

Alicia’s apartment in Marshall is a wonderful place! It is comfortable, sparkling clean, attractively furnished and decorated, and well stocked. It is a short drive to Asheville. Check in and out was simple. Alicia has a lovely place for a couple seeking an attractive, comfortable, and convenient Asheville area stay.

Very comfortable!

This place was off the beaten path which is exactly what we wanted. Very quiet and away from city noise, but close enough that we were in the city in 20 minutes. The king size bed was THE most comfortable bed I have ever slept on!! The studio was set up perfectly and decorated with some beautiful art pieces. I would definitely stay here again!!!!!

Nice artistic apartment in the mountains.

Alicia was an awesome host. The bed was ridiculously comfortable and the scenery was great. She even gave us tickets to the biltmore! She was always available to answer questions and eager to accommodate us in any way possible. Would definitely stay here again

Cozy Quiet Artsy Studio

The owner had the large studio apartment set up in different sections so it seemed like separate rooms. Decorated beautifully and very clean. Large windows let in a lot of natural light. Well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much!
