We had a great cousin reunion! Plenty of spaces for games, talking, and the 2 younger teenagers loved the basement space! Nice outside space for visiting or a fire. Close to the beach and plenty of things to do.

Good time near the lake

Good amount of space for our 6 adults! Nicely decorated, lots of friendly wildlife, but still in a neighborhood. Shower is not desirable (uneven, creaky floor) but everything else was good.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at the property. We love the location but the property desperately needs a deep clean and a refresh of worn items (e.g., rugs are very stained and dirty, lots of cobwebs) and better attention to detail on routine cleanings (e.g., there were clearly dirty dishes in the cabinet, hair in the shower).

Reviewer Comments: I can't say that vacation rentals typically exceed my expectations but this one did - it was so well stocked, so clean and cute, and so accessible to the beach especially for the price. I stayed here with 3 other adults and 4 young kids and it was the perfect size for us, especially since we spent most of our time at the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house for the second half of our family group, to be near their house located within the Beachwalk resort. Although its location isn't as nice, the house is nicely appointed and comfortable, and a convenient short walk to Beachwalk.

Beautiful house but a few minor issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was stunning! Close enough to the beach that you can walk, but not a part of the main Beachwalk community. Per rental agreement, we were going to have to buy wristbands and parking passes for our stay, but when we got there, the office informed us we wouldn’t have access to the facilities because we were off main campus so we wouldn’t need to purchase those (no big deal for us!). The shower does creak when you use it and feels like you might fall through, lol. Our microwave and quite a few outlets didn’t work despite checking the breaker box, and our back door lock was broken. I did let the office know about the microwave and lock and they were able to come out same day to fix the lock! Microwave still wasn’t working when we left. Overall good stay, but a few hiccups that may need to be addressed for the next renter!
