WELCOME to our luxury VILLA TWINKLE. Located just 15 mins from the Disney’s. A beautiful, magnificent executive villa set in the scenic surroundings of Calaby Parc at Tower Lake which is a prestigious gated secure community. Air conditioning is fitted throughout with ceiling fans in the master rooms + outside on the terrace. Beautifully furnished to an extremely high standard it boasts, 5/6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 half baths.The 3 masters all (en suite) + 2 dble twin rooms + bathroom. We have 2 living areas on seperate floors. Our impressive pool + Spa (inc underwater coloured lighting & sprays) and decking was extended when the villa was built. More than average high class pool furniture, ample room for two families to spread out. Free use of BBQ and international phone calls + broadband for laptops. The games room is fabulous with everything you could wish for Inc: a Wii with games. The huge impressive Lake allows fishing and prides itself with a boat dock for your use.


Golf: An abundance of golf courses all within a 10 mile radius gives Calabay Parc at Tower Lake an added bonus for those with an appetite for golfing.
Southern Dunes, a 5 star Golf course/resort with its outdoor and indoor heated pools and spa is the closest to the complex which is situated right next to Calabay Parc and is just a 2 min drive away.
Other golf courses including Diamondback, Orange Lake, Champions Gate to name but a few are all top class courses, all of which are used by the pro golf circuit and it would no surprise to see any of the top class professionals out and about here.

If crazy Golf is more your thing there are absolutely loads of them scattered about all within easy reach, some of them have alligators in their small surrounding waterways, you can actually feed them too!

Calabay Parc and Villa: Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is now one of the most sought after and popular locations in Orlando with its secure gated complex fronted by an enormous Lake with fishing and boat deck.
It is within easy driving distance to all the Disney Parks (approx 15 mins) slightly further to Universal.
It is so lovely after a long day out to come back to the quiet security of the villa and relax by the multi-coloured lights and sprays in the pool, enjoy a few beers/wines and have a fab BBQ.
The games room with every facility you could wish for is a must for both children and adults to play about in and have fun after a busy day.
We have an extremely friendly Management Company who are there for any problems that may arise during your stay.

Eating/bars shopping:: There are numerous restaurants/bars in very close proximity to our villa in Calabay Parc. Manny chops being one of the old favourites. This fabulous restaurant is frequented by the locals as well as visitors, is 2/3 mins away just past Walmart. A MUST.
Applebees north on the i.27 is also a popular eatery/bar. Large portions.
Chilis, a mexican is another favourite if spice is what you like. Happy hour most night too.
Walmart is very close as is Publix for all your grocery needs.
The two most popular Shopping Malls are:
Millennium Mall, famous for its Cheescake Factory Restaurant, a must if you love cheesecake, with wonderful meals and absolutely huge portions but excellent quality.
Florida Mall , this has an abundance of shops to suit everyone with lots of bargains etc.
Other shopping outlets are all close by with more bargains if you love to shop till you drop.
