Features include: Gulf front and side views, fully equipped kitchen, convenient location to downtown, gulf front pool, kiddie pool, walk to restaurants and shops, hang out and shrimp festival favorite, washer and dryer, cable TV and DVD. The unit sleeps 4 with a king bed (brand new mattress as of May '22) in the bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in living room and high-end cotton linens.
