Solara Resort’s Grand Clubhouse has an expansive water complex with a heated zero-entry grand pool, Flowrider Surf Simulator (fee required), kid’s interactive waterslides and splash pad, a pool bar with drinks and a tempting menu, an ice cream parlor, fitness center, basketball and beach volleyball courts and a full-size soccer field.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the property and resort for the duration of the stay. You will be able to access the home through a smart lock. Free parking for up to 6 vehicles in the driveway.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Please treat our home with respect, as you would your own. We're not a hotel, and while we'll address issues as quickly as possible, no one is on-site 24/7.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes.
- No parties (Fines incurred if party is thrown).
- Maximum of 20 people on the property at all times.
- Quiet hours: 10 pm to 7 am.
- Must be 25 or older to rent.
- Additional rules are in the house manual. Rental agreement is required.
