Spacious Sedona Windsong Sanctuary with Red Rock Views, Close to Hiking

This 1200 sq ft, 1 bed /1 bath, roomy, manufactured home with full kitchen is older but comfortable and cozy; not a high end resort but a good value for budget-minded guests more interested in the proximity it offers to all that Sedona has in the way of hiking, mountain biking and sightseeing.

This neighborhood is called Harmony Hills in the vicinity of Thunder Mountain and Chimney Rock, a short walking distance to the Andante and Thunder Mountain Trailheads as well as the Amitabha Stupa Peace Park. It is a quiet residential area with no street lights so you get great night sky views. The flagpole next to my driveway is a good way to know you've arrived home. There is a spacious front porch set back from the street and screened by vegetation for privacy yet offering an amazing view of nearby Thunder Mountain. A great place to relax after a day exploring the beautiful red rocks.

Short walk to several good restaurants and Vino de Sedona Wine bar with live music. Food shopping and movie theater only minutes from house.

You can park several vehicles in the semi-circular driveway in front of the house.

There is public transportation to Cottonwood on Rt 89A, a short walk from the house.
Uptown Sedona is 10-15 min by car depending on traffic. Flagstaff is an hour away via Oak Creek Canyon. Grand Canyon is 2+ hours away. Phoenix is 2 hours by car.

There is an Amtrak train station in Flagstaff one hour from the house.

For travel to and from Phoenix airport use Groome Transportation, they will pickup and drop off at the house.
