Brand-new lake cottage just steps away from beautiful Lake Erie! Located in new Waterview community at Baypoint Resort and Marina, Marblehead, Ohio. Three bedroom and two full bathrooms. Sleeps 9 comfortably. There are 2 additonal twin mattresses and an air mattress. Brand new appliances including a Washer and Dryer. Full kitchen with oven airfryer, microwave, Keurig coffee, tea kettle, toaster, and blender. All three bedrooms have smart TV’s and Wi-Fi. Pull out queen sofa bed in family room. Beautiful screened in front porch with view of the bay, overlooking community pool with grills. Two parking spots behind cottage. Home will be fully equipped with linens, hair dryer, kitchen/cooking items/dishes/bath and beach towels.


Relax and enjoy all the amenities this location has to offer including private beach and onsite restaurant, market store and tiki bar. Beautiful Community pool. Pool open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Clubhouse with gym and sauna open year round. Close to Cedar Point, Kelley's Island and Put in Bay Ferry lines and charming downtown Lakeside and Marblehead. Basketball/Pickleball court.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage on Lake Erie! The check-in process was quick and easy, and we felt welcome right away. The cottage was neat, clean, and well cared for, with plenty of amenities waiting for us. Everything we needed for a relaxing getaway was already there, and the location by the lake made it even better. Short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family came to all get away for a week. The accommodations were great. The house was comfortable, the pool was great and proximity to other things to do was really nice. We enjoyed our stay!

Our family gathered together in Marblehead Oh to celebrate an 85th birthday. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. The condo was immaculate, the location was perfect, the weather, check-in and check-out process was A. Melissa (Host) was so accommodating and walked us through the rules and the Waterview/Bay View amenities via email. It truly was an amazing vacation/stay. Everything was perfect. VERY clean and was provided with all bed linens and towels. K cups were provided for the keurig too, which was a huge plus for us! Melissa was extremely helpful and quick to respond with questions. Loved the screened in porch and beautiful views on our morning/evening walks.

The location and facility were wonderful. There were a few things that need attention. Towel bar and toilet paper holder both in main bathroom came off wall as soon a used. Also no bodywash in either bathroom. Screen porch needs cleaned better and the parking out back was unusable our entire stay do to mud and water.

Our hostess, Melissa, was helpful and prompt to respond to any of our questions or requests We appreciated all the extras she supplied such as shampoos linens towels etc The Lake house was very clean with lovely decor located next to pool and walking distance to sandy beach My grandchildren were excited about catching their first fish at the Boat Canal, riding scooters on sidewalks and having both a Lake and a nearby pool to enjoy Rental is as described in listing Apple TV included in living room TV set up Highly recommend Loved the Lakeside experience

Great place. Very convenient. Pool area is very nice. Clubhouse is also nice. Work out room is good, they even had a peloton bike and peloton rower. Only thing I would tell the owner is the bunk beds are very flimsy. I wouldn’t let my kid sleep on the bottom bunk with another kid on the top. But there were a couple extra twin mattresses for extra sleeping space. Other than that great stay!

Our Host responded to all questions and concerns in a timely fashion. The condo's decor and furnishings are lovely and tasteful. I especially appreciated the clean, huge kitchen, the refrigerator and its endless ice supply, the night lights, the plug ins for our electronics and and the Keurig coffee pods. The screened in porch provided plenty of comfortable seating and a sanctuary from mosquitos. The thermostat and television presented a learning curve for us, but our host Melissa's patience and quick response helped us through that. Guests will need to expect to replenish paper products such as toilet paper and tissues. Parking was muddy due to rain, but the Condo Association Representative acknowledged the problem and it was arranged for us to park in a nearby, non-muddy area. I did not notify Melissa about the parking because I believe that is the responsibility of the Resort Association. The Condo Resort itself is well located on the Marblehead Peninsula, within minutes of good restaurants, boutiques and the lighthouse. I give this Condo an excellent rating because Melissa helped us through our concerns and answered our questions in a timely manner.
