Perfect Base Camp

Great property with a good central location. Was very convenient to the SAP Center and a nice base camp to explore surrounding area including Santa Cruz and San Francisco.

Terrific spot with nice beds, and a shower I will miss! The water pressure was amazing. Walking distance to downtown SJ. Reasonable price and quiet neighborhood. Only minor request would be to have some tissues to blow your nose.

Excellent Stay

This was perfect for me and my family as we needed a place to stay to visit my son. Place was very clean and well decorated. I would totally stay here again. A plus was the spot to park. This made it so much easier.

House was perfect for our needs and offered 3 bedrooms for privacy. The bathroom shower in the master is a bit small, but ok for our stay. Nice amenities available like coffee, hair dryer, soap and shampoo, q-tips with a very convenient design.

Just right for our stay!

This home was perfect for our group of 3 adults, with room for occasionally visiting family members. We enjoyed the beautiful fireplace in the living room, the kitchen had everything we needed for mornings in, the beds were comfortable, and both baths had all we needed (with a killer shower head in the front bath!). The location was perfect for all of our plans for the week. The host did a great job of communicating and checking with us. We would definitely stay again!

What Went Well... Cozy clean. Near enough to walk to convention center. Amenities - coffee pods, filtered water, paper products, Echo/Alexa, app TV - nice touches to make stay comfortable.Even Better If... One patio chair was broken so could not sit outside. Kitchen chairs were loose so wobbly. Couple big boxes delivered took up patio so again not conducive to sit outside on porch.

Thank you for taking the time to review our home. The two boxes on the porch contained household items (toilet paper) delivered from Amazon and were left there for one day. Our crew has already moved them to the garage. It is quite common for homes to have delivery boxes temporarily placed at the front entrance. Regarding the dining chairs, some had become loose, and one porch chair was broken. Our crew has tightened the dining chairs and replaced the outdoor porch chair set with a new one.

San Jose trip

Good property, exactly as described. the front unit parking is tight, but our mid sized SUV fit, the backup camera helps. The beds were comfortable, the wifi and TV worked great, and nicely decorated. We ate out, but the the kitchen was well stocked and was a comfortable eating area. We could easily hear people outside and in the back unit, so its important they understand rules for quiet.

Comfortable spot in Downtown San JOse

we had a nice stay for our 6 family members to be able to eat some meals and Sleep for the 8 night stay. It would be too small for a gathering plce and they don't recommend parties. The Property mgr was very communicative. They had a lot of little extras like Coffee Beana to grind fresh with a Cuisinart coffee maker and extra ingredients so I was able to cook dinner a couple nights.would recommend.

Sister trip

The property was just what we needed for our 5 nights in San Jose. It was located in a quiet residential area. Easy access to freeways and grocery stores and other shops. Property owner Tina was easy to reach. The parking spot in the driveway is small. If you have a large vehicle use the street. Overall we had everything we needed, comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen items. Would recommend!
