Adorable Cottage by the Park - Walk to Downtown Corvallis and O.S.U.

Brand new listing. Newly renovated 1 bedroom cottage next to Washington Park. Located only blocks to downtown Corvallis and Oregon State University. The home is pristinely clean with all modern amenities. Currently available for one week minimum stays only.

It's approximately 450 ft.² and has one bedroom with a brand new queen size bed. It has beautiful bamboo flooring, quartz countertops in the kitchen and a beautifully tiled walk in shower. It also has a new mini split A/C system that is super quiet and keeps the temperature very comfortable. There is parking for two cars directly next to the home (in between the home and the park.)
The home has a fully stocked kitchen so that you can cook while you're away from home. There's also a Keurig coffee maker with pods. There are plenty of linens and bedding. There's also a laundry room with a washer and dryer pretty much everything you need other than maybe food :-)
