Incredible 480 sq ft studio that has a queen bed with a very expensive queen pillow top mattress, all stainless steel appliances, Washer/Dryer, black leather reclining love seat and black leather
recliner, Refrigerator w/ice maker, granite counter tops, laminate wood flooring and a 3/4 bathroom. fully equipped kitchen to meet all of your needs. Our Heating/AC unit is a top of the line heat pump that is very quiet and works fantastic! All of this setting above an old rock quarry that was in operation back in the 1930's.

Spring Trip

Appreciated being able to check in a little early. Very comfortable bed and good amount of space to hang out. Uber is available to get into town if needed. Responsive and friendly host. Appreciated the full size fridge and other amenities in the kitchen.

Great Place

Would not recommend for elderly due to amount of stairs to front door. We are in our 60’s and did fine with the stairs. Would recommend owners supply more than two bath towels and better lighting on stairs at night. Excellent location to relatives in Adair Village and Albany while located a 10 minute drive to Corvallis.

Fabulous stay!

My husband and I went to Corvallis to visit both of our kids at OSU! The communication was outstanding from Terry and he double checked on us once we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was beautiful inside and out. Everything was arranged so well and was very clean. The setting was beautiful and we told ourselves immediately that this is where we would stay the next time we’re in Corvallis! Thanks for making this available and we hope to return again very soon! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is just out of town, yet a very short drive to OSU campus. I would definitely return for another stay here. Super clean, and owners are wonderful.

Location like listed. All you needed was there. Terry and Christie has been very nice. On their property you could use the terrasse with chairs and lounge furnitures.

Terry's place is a large studio with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is spotless. The setting is a lovely wooded area just outside Corvallis, and the view from the patio is beautiful. We will certainly return! Important to note--the unit is above the 3 car garage, which means steep stairs to the door.

Great retreat in the woods

This was one of the best stays- the description is accurate, and the place was absolutely spotless. The hosts were attentive and available if needed. The environment was beautiful and quiet. If you’re looking for a restful place near Corvallis - this is the place for you!

Summer visit to Oregon

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was as expected from the VRBO profile and we loved this area of Oregon. This location provided us the ability to make short day trips to the coast, to Eugene, and for hiking at Silver Falls.

Quiet and Comfortable

The property is beautiful and our host's (including Daisy) are really sweet. Better than staying in a noisy busy hotel for sure! And we had complimentary popcorn to enjoy with Stuart Little :)

Lovely quiet retreat

I was impressed with how nice everything was. It was so quiet and the surrounding area was beautiful. I found everything that I needed for cooking in the kitchen, the apartment was spacious, the furnishings and amenities were good quality. The owners were friendly and great with communications. I will happily stay here again.

Such a great property! This quaint studio feels like a secluded, tranquil country retreat, but it's only minutes from local amenities. The owners are wonderful and accommodating. We came to Corvallis to watch our daughter play softball at OSU, and this place was perfect! We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Our names are Terry & Cindy and our son's name is Jonathan (19). We have lived in this area for almost 23 years. We moved here from Colorado where we met and decided to move to Oregon to pursue a job opportunity. We enjoy the outdoors, including hunting, fishing, crabbing, the Oregon Beaches and the OSU Beaver sports, especially football and baseball!

Why they chose this property

We chose this property simply because of its highly desirable Northern Corvallis country side where we are far enough out to enjoy a quiet area with wildlife, more space and probably the most unique 3.3 acre parcel you will find in the area! We love Corvallis because of its diversity, OSU and HP. Corvallis seems to hold a very highly educated population! :-)

What makes this property unique

We really think you will enjoy our vacation rental and our unique property. We have enjoyed meeting previous tenants and answering questions about what the area has to offer. You will enjoy the views and the comfort of our vacation rental. You will enjoy the most unique piece of property in Corvallis!
