Great location and very cute house. Karen was very helpful and kind, she provided suggestions for places to explore. Easy access to different parts of Corvallis and can easily drive to Newport and back.
My mom and I came out to visit OSU and this was the perfect place to stay! The host was incredible, so friendly and attentive. She made us homemade bread and cookies upon our arrival! So thoughtful. The property was gorgeous, the rooms were so comfortable and inviting. Would 1000% stay again!!! Highly recommend. Thank you Karen!

This is a wonderful B&B - what could beat having a beautiful garden and grounds, cozy, whimsically decorated cottage and everything you needed for breakfast - including eggs from the backyard hens and homemade goodies?!
The cottage was perfect place for our visit to Corvallis. It was very comfortable with just enough space. The location made it easy to get to town and anywhere we wanted to go. We definitely found the cottage warm and inviting, lovely and relaxing setting with delicious treats from the host! We enjoyed our short stay but have made note of this cottage for any returns to the area.

I am a hospice nurse, I love to travel and enjoy simple pleasures like gardening, hiking, baking and being with family. We adore our home and neighborhood and look forward to sharing our town with you!
Why they chose this property
We have a really unique little cul-de-sac…a lot of Montessori school teachers and a group home for medically fragile individuals. The vibe is very quiet, friendly, avid gardeners and birdwatchers. Our house looks out over wetlands that are home to many animals- truly feels like an oasis in town!
What makes this property unique
Our cottage is a 1930’s bungalow, our family home until we became empty nesters. It is decorated in art we have collected and reflects our priorities of art, joy and family. The adirondacks on the porch are a lovely spot overlooking the garden- perfect for morning coffee!
