We are native Floridians enjoying the sunshine and all life has to offer! We both work full time in the construction industry and have for many years.
Why they chose this property
Green Turtle Cay is very special to us! Jim’s grandmother, Lillian Lowe, is from Green Turtle Cay. Jim still has many relatives that call Green Turtle Cay home; many having played a significant role in the development and prosperity of GTC and Abaco.
We purchased the home in September 2017 and immediately began its transformation leading to the official opening of Lillian’s Bungalows in April 2018.

The home is centered on the island making it easy to head to town or White Sound and more. New furnishings, fixtures, linens, appliances and more make it a perfect island getaway!
