Overall the space of the house was good. The location very convient to local area. Downside the carpet in the place was dirty and full of dog fur which caused for bad allergy attack.

When we arrived the space, the bath tub was dirty. The bathtub’s faucet was leaking as well. The rest of the area was nice with the exception of some minor damages/scratches in areas such as a chipped countertop in the kitchen. When my boyfriend and I were in bed, in the main bedroom, we noticed the boxspring in the mattress is broken.

Clean and comfortable

Everything was clean and the host and housekeeping made sure I knew they were available if needed. The only suggestion would be possibly considering a discount for monthly stays

Behind the microwave was dirty and there was a broken glass in the garbage container. My dog only stayed one night and I was charged for the whole week.

Reasonable

Clean, cozy place with everything you need. Great value for the price. Noisy radiators - I can sleep through anything but for those who can't you may find difficult. Be sure you do not need to cancel or move dates- Hosted (Ruby) does not offer flexing or changes. I reserved the place to see an ill mother and the place was close to the hospital- my mother passed away - so I no longer needed to be there- no refund or change in dates was allowed. So I kept the reservation but then had to drive over an hour to the funeral service. This made my hardship even worse.

Smells bad

As soon as you walk in the shared hallway, it smelled like urine. Soon as you walked into the unit, smelled like "fried fish". The refrigerator has a bed odor to it even though it had baking soda. The water filter picture in the refrigerator has black mold on it. A rat was saying running between the two buildings late at night. Their garbage can sit between the two buildings. Could hear the neighbors upstairs walking around, when they were there. Can hear the cleaning people, while they were there. No internet access. Some broken furniture. I left notes on the counter in the kitchen. Somebody's mail was left in the mail slot.
