Comfortable and Convenient Property

The location was perfect. We loved the super comfy beds. The kitchen had everything we needed for our short stay, including coffee. Will definitely stay here again.

House was nice. Had all the things we needed. Host was responsive to questions and allowed us a later checkout to accommodate our flight schedule. Pool was nice but not used much due to the colder weather. Location was okay but would prefer to either be closer to town or the beach.

Family vacation

The house was beautiful and so was the pool. The check-in process was very easy and contacting the homeowner was just as easy. The house is located 10 minutes from many shops, the beach and multiple restaurants. My family truly enjoyed this stay!

Great house!

This house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a pre holiday visit with family who live in the area. Neighborhood was quiet but close to everything we needed. We didn't use the pool because the weather was a bit chilly, but it was a nice area to sit.

Venice beach family vacation

The house was beautiful and exactly as described. The location to all of the beaches is soo close. Inside the house was very clean and well supplied. Gem in Venice

Fabulous home in South Venice! Very well appointed with necessary supplies, soft towels, and beach gear. Sparkling clean! Loved the space with an extra bonus of parking our car in the garage to keep it cool. Short drive to several beaches and lovely restaurants. I definitely recommend this property if you're headed to Venice.

Girls trip

Each year myself and several friends have our girls trip to beautiful Southwest FL. This year's house was in South Venice and it was great. Elina, our host, had everything you could need for staying in a home away from home. The pool was ideal for after a day at the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and great for walking. We arrived at the property and found it secure. The entrance was easy and my wife and kids were so excited as to the overall layout & cleanliness. They ran to their rooms and got situated. Amazing!!

The property is clean with lots of extra's (bikes/scooters/pool floaties/coffee/seasonings etc.) Very roomy for all of us to spend time together - pool area has a child safety gate. Communicating with the owner/host was excellent - We will stay here again next time we need a place in Venice - Thank you so much!!!!

Amazing!

House was beautiful. Very clean. Has everything you need and more. 10 min to the beach. Lots of beach items you can borrow. Great for kids! Would of loved to have some kids toys stored away. They have board games and books though. Would stay again and again!

We got there the pool was green they also had a ring camera with sound on the wall in the middle of the pool.we called the host right away and sent photo's we got our refund and was told that we would get the same amount put in our account because of the trouble it had caused us.We had to get a hotel for the night it was a complete and utter nightmare.

thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointment with finding the pool green and you stated a camera in the middle of the pool. This is certainly not the standard we aim for, and we apologize for any inconvenience it caused. We have never had an issue at this home . I have repeat guests all the time and the reviews are always 10 out of 10. We care about our home and want the guest to feel comfortable and safe. The reviews speak for themselves. Let me explain again what the issue was with the pool. My pool service person went to the home in the morning and saw the pool was low on water due to it had not rained and it had been very hot the prior days . He filled the pool with well water because we have well water at that property. The well water contributed to turning it green by containing high levels of iron and phosphates. He added the chemicals to make the pool clear. He returned to the home to show you he added the chemicals and to reassure you the pool will clear in a few hours. We addressed the issue immediately with the pool. Also the cameras you stated that are in the middle of the pool are located on the pole facing the pool for safety and liability reasons. You cancelled your reservation and a 100% full refund was returned to you. We have never had an issue at this property. I again apologize for any inconvenience. Elina

April vacation in Venice

Our family of 5 stayed at this property for our vacation in April. It was a great location for us, near family, shopping and many amazing beaches. Having the pool right at the house is perfect, and it’s heated for the cooler months. The kids were disappointed the pool did not look great right when we got there due to the pollen. Our host, Elina was very responsive to make sure the pool folks came to address it. The pool caretaker was friendly and made sure it was resolved. The house is in a quiet neighborhood yet still close to everything. It has pretty much all you would need. We made use of beach chairs, sand toys and screens to hunt for shark teeth! There are a variety of outdoor sitting areas for everyone to hang out. I love the layout with primary bedroom and bath at one end of the home with two bedrooms and bath at the other end. There is also a pocket door to close off the shared space to the two bedroom bath area for the times I was up before the kids and got to sneak out to the lanai with coffee!
