Cute Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute for a couples getaway! Steps away from all things Avila has to offer. Even the little deck was great! This unit even had a washer dryer unit. That laundry room was a little rickety but it was in the very back and we didn’t use it so it didn’t really bother us just looked displaced. Only thing messing was a stove top and windows were hard to open to hear the ocean would have been an added bonus. We weren’t warned there was construction directly next to us and we couldn’t locate the bikes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The hosts were very communicative. It's a darling vintage, remodeled cottage. Convenient to downtown. Back porch, someday a lovely place for outdoor BBQing is rustic beyond description, with a top step that needs serious attention.
