The schoolhouse property was amazing and ideal for families traveling with both teens and older family members. The bedrooms on both the first and second floors were spacious and clean. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The garage/game room was a huge bonus! Everything was clean and the process of checkout and check-in was easy. So many things to do and see within minutes of driving. Loved this property!

Amy's Schoolhouse is a gem of a place!! It has a large, comfy great room for gatherings. Kitchen is well appointed and game room is fun to spend hours playing pingpong, foozball, pool, cards, etc. Our family of 8 adults found all beds comfortable. Host is very responsive. Definitely would return. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Amy’s Schoolhouse for a celebration weekend in Cooperstown! The house was cute, comfortable, clean, and perfect for our larger group. The kitchen was especially well stocked, with thoughtful extras like napkins, Ziploc bags, aluminum foil, and other basics that you don’t always find in rentals. The beds were comfortable, and the location was very convenient for everything we had planned.Darcey was a fantastic host, very communicative, helpful, and responsive both before and during our stay. We really enjoyed our weekend and would definitely recommend Amy’s Schoolhouse!

My family was in Cooperstown for a family wedding. We were specifically looking for a space for us all to gather. Amy's Schoolhouse was amazing. It had the perfect number of bedrooms and baths, and all were very well appointed. It also had a great outdoor shower, which we used daily during our stay. The house was conveniently located to all of the Cooperstown activities. The entire family also really enjoyed the game room in the garage. We loved that we could have a nice outdoor space to use, even if it was a little cooler, or rainy. The deck was also used daily.We would highly recommend!!

The house was very clean and spacious. The living room was big with plenty of seating. The kitchen was well stocked. The A/C units were able to keep us cool even with several days in the high 90s. Definitely recommend staying here when visiting Cooperstown!

The house was just as described in the listing. Only a few minutes to Dreams Park! It was very clean, spacious and enough room for everyone. The beds were very comfortable and the game room was a great space. It is worth a mention that there is only a step-in bathtub on the first floor with no walk-in shower. The owners were extremely responsive, had great communication and very friendly. I would highly recommend.

Stayed here with 5 college friends and their collective 6 kids. Great space for a large group. Very clean. Beds were comfortable, the outdoor space and game room were great, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at the schoolhouse as a family gathering. The space is open which makes it easy to be together, as well as a well-equipped kitchen to make meals. We all (especially the kids) enjoyed the bonus game room.

Perfect for our vacation

The house was charming, comfortable and the right size for our family group of 6 adults and 6 children. Location was perfect, close to Hall of Fame, Fenimore Farm, Rail Explorer, and many restaurants, grocery store and breweries. The game room and big front lawn were wonderful for 6 very active boys!

We were a party party of eight with three children. We loved staying at the schoolhouse. Spacious and room for all of us. (everyone loved the schoolhouse even the kids). The kitchen was really well stocked. We would highly recommend Amy's Schoolhouse to everyone. From the time me we walked in to the time we left we felt so comfortable being there! It was too cold to go out to the garage for the gaming adventure. But it still was such a good stay. Close to Cooperstown and all activities. Thanks for the great stay. Tom and Michele

Canoe Regatta Weekend

This location was absolutely perfect for our group- lots of parking, great outdoor space, plenty of bathrooms, a very well equipped kitchen, and separate bedrooms for when people needed quite time alone. We hope to stay here again next year!
