About this property

House sits on a large property with green spacious lawn and fenced in backyard. Five minute walk to a beautiful white sandy beach that also has a childrens' play area. Includes 2-Bedrooms and 2-Bathrooms. Also a family room that has a queen size pull out couch.

All rooms are air conditioned with television and internet. Washer and dryer also included. No car is needed as you can catch a bus. Bus stop is a five minute walk from the house. Buses will take you to the food store or downtown and the cost is $1.25 per person. Buses comes by frequently and runs until approximately 6:30pm everyday.

KFC, Burger King, Pizza Hut is located about a 10 minute walk away. You can also take the bus to nearby BahaMar Resort, Casino and Water Park. Daily passes for the water park are available for purchase. There is also a large selection of restaurants to enjoy at BahaMar. Daily passes for the water park and aquarium are also available for purchase at Atlantis on Paradise Island.

Winter family vacation

The house was nice and clean. The kitchen is well equipped, bring or purchase your own spices locally if you plan to cook anything at all. It's one apartment with 2 bedroom and 2 baths. There's a separate bedroom with an en suite. The courtyard is a nice space. Water pressure was not great in the apartment but it was fine in the bedroom with the separate bath. We felt safe in the neighborhood(how could we not with so many doors and padlocks). The home owners do live on the property but they have a separate entrance and stay completely out of the way. The beach is very close by and a gas station too. KFC and Burger King are also in the same area. It was fairly easy to get around by taking the bus for $1.25 or a taxi but that adds up because they charge per person not per ride. We enjoyed our stay overall.
