OUR VILLA IS RIGHT ON THE OEAN

Two thousand and seven hundred sq ft living,
Eight thousand and two hundred sq ft PRIVATE OCEANFRONT PROPERTY,
SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD, away from all the tourist crowd yet close to all amenities and activities.

Our Oceanfront Villa is located in the big bay at the Eastern Point of the island,
private Deck and Breakwater
small beach area between property wall and breakwater
off the main road, in private cul-de-sac, quiet and secluded
Ten Min by car to Nassau downtown and Paradise Island
Two min by car/fifteen min walk to the food store.

The big Main porch and the Master bed balcony are facing East and have UNOBSTRUCTED OCEAN VIEWS!

SUNRISE and FULL MOON are spectacular at this location of the island, the sun and the moon are rising right in front of you, over the ocean!
Don't miss if there is a Full Moon rising over the ocean!!

You have direct access into the ocean for SWIMMING and SNORKELING. The ocean here is shallow.
You might want to bring little reef booties.

Experience an all day and evening inside-outside life style living.
The big back porch overlooks the ocean with unobstructed ocean views.
Enjoy the CONSTANT OCEAN BREEZE, only constant here at the Eastern Point of the island.
Barbecue your lunch and/or dinner and sip a cocktail in the fresh ocean breeze on the porch or out on the deck.
There are two BEACHES close by in two Min and ten Min walking distance.
Along the bay there is a walking path with benches.
You can undertake sightseeing, duty free shopping in town and boat excursions.

Wake up and go to sleep with the sound of the ocean.

SLEEPS eight COMFORTABLE with four bed rooms and can sleep ten.

It is a wonderful place in a beautiful location. It even has a protected little beach. The villa has everything you need. It is a ways from Nassau & the tourist attractions & traffic can be slow so give yourself time to get to town.

This villa was wonderful. It’s right on the ocean (not the beach) and the sunrises are amazing. Had I known exactly how far removed from everything it was, I would have ensured to have a car…that is if I were comfortable driving on the left side of the street. Cheryl’s Taxi and specifically Craig saved the trip.

Another amazing vacation at our favorite home

We love this house so much it has a million dollar view . The Eastern side of the islands gets wonderful breezes . This is our 3rd time staying at the house and it was so nice . It has been professionally painted and has new living room furniture . We will be back again .

This is an absolutely gorgeous property. It's quiet and right on the beach. If you aren't an early bird you have to become one just to take in the beautiful sunrise every morning. I have to say that I've always wanted to stay somewhere where I could have an open view of the ocean and listen to water. This property brought that dream to life. The waves aren't big. They really aren't anywhere in Nassua, but with the constant breeze and the sounds of the water it was quite relaxing. The house is gorgeous and well stocked with all you'll need if you choose to do any cooking. Being where it is you'll definitely need a car and you'll have to drive to find food but there are plenty of options from American fast food to plenty of Bahamian options.

Fantastic property, great stay. Group of 7 very comfortable. Beach front property, very clean, great sunrises with gorgeous East breeze. 100’ of waterfront with great swimming. Grilled out on water frontage a couple nights, cooked in great kitchen others. Had rental cars so loved being away from downtown Nassau. 5 minute walk to public Yamacraw beach as well. Host and property manager were both great. Would 100% rent again.

This was a quiet peaceful location. I enjoyed everything until the man peeped in the window at midnight. This scared my family. He actually made eye contact with my daughter before he walked away because she screamed.

Best Place to Stay in Nassau

We had a great vacation at this house. It is an excellent house in a very nice location! We had 8 adults and 2 children and it was very comfortable. If you are looking for a place for a peaceful vacation in a beautiful location, this is it. I wish we could have stayed longer! We felt very safe here and this house is in a very nice neighborhood. The beach next door was great, but we spent most of our time right behind the house on the private little beach and rocks that make for a beautiful view of the ocean. And watching the sunrise shouldn’t be missed. I made sure to wake up early each morning to see it. This place exceeded my expectations.

Quiet Comfort

Four of us stayed for five days and loved the house! There was ample space to spread out, and the view can’t be beat! The neighborhood is very quiet and away from the busy city. As such, you’ll either need to rent a car or hire a taxi—we did the latter, and it cost about the same as renting a car for the week (have cash ready). We also appreciated how much we learned about Bahamian culture from our driver. Aside from needing new frying pans, the house was well stocked and very clean. I highly recommend it!

Lovely, affordable waterfront property

We had a great stay at the property and would not hesitate to come again or recommend. Very nice size home with a small beach and wall on which to sit, recline, etc. Bring water shoes as it is rocky but the water is shallow and very calm - nice for swimming and snorkeling. Only faults would be they need some new beach furniture - the plastic chaise lounges were mostly broken. Some were usable but with some difficulty. Place needs some new fry pans but otherwise contains everything you need for a nice stay. Some of our group felt it could have been a bit cleaner - dusty, etc. Would recommend for location, setting and value/price.

Stunning Views

I booked this trip and villa last minute but everything went smooth. Check in was a breeze and Mr. Craig the taxi driver knew exactly where the house was with no hiccups. The villa is steps from the ocean and the views are spectacular. We spent four glorious days doing nothing but watching the tide roll in. If what you are looking for is a secluded vacation this is the place to go.
