Glenwood Canyon Retreat Near Hot Springs & Skiing
Nestled in Glenwood Canyon and only minutes from downtown Glenwood Springs, this hidden gem is the peaceful retreat that you've been waiting for!
Located in the quiet Glenwood Springs community of No Name, this peaceful retreat has unique Canyon wall and No Name Arch views. Colorado River public access is only a short walk away, as is the Glenwood Springs Recreational Trail. A 2.5 mile walk or bike will bring you directly into downtown Glenwood Springs. Fishing, rafting, hiking and biking are all at your fingertips.
This serene, single level home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom highlights a king bed, sitting area, and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and small workstation / desk with monitor, and the third bedroom has twin over full bunk beds. The bedroom closets have ample shelves and drawers for personal belongings, and another bathroom includes a combination shower / tub.
The well equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and stone countertops and has everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal, and an outdoor gas grill is located just outside of the kitchen on the back deck. The dining table seats seven (7) comfortably, and the cozy living room is a welcome retreat from the day's adventures.
RV / trailer parking is available within walking distance at No Name Rest Area.
AMENITY LIMITATIONS: • This home does not have central air conditioning. However, several ceiling fans are available for use. • Guests will not have access to the garage.
Other things to note
• An all wheel drive or four wheel drive vehicle with good tire tread is required to access this home in the wintertime.
• A limited stock of basic guest supplies is provided to start off your stay, including coffee filters, non-dairy creamer, salt, pepper, cooking oil, sugar, food storage wrap, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent. At least one bath towel per guest is also provided.
• We have a zero tolerance smoking policy, and guests will be charged accordingly (see House rules).
• We abide strictly by the “Cancellation policy” (including road closures and / or inclement weather) and “House rules” (including “Additional rules”) which can be found at the bottom of the listing. They are reiterated during the booking process (on the “Confirm and pay” page), at which time you are confirming that you agree to the terms. Please review them carefully!
House Rules:
• Excessive cleaning will be charged at a rate up to $50 an hour. Blood or badly stained linens (including but not limited to bed sheets, mattress pads / protectors, etc.) is an automatic charge of up to $150 per item. Confetti and party decor clean up is an automatic charge of $60. Moving furniture is an automatic charge of $120.
• Violations of Airbnb’s “Ground rules” can jeopardize our short term rental permit, disrupt cleaning and maintenance schedules, cause extra wear and tear and, worst of all, lessen future guest experiences and will be charged as “Extra services” as follows: • unauthorized guests, up to $50 per person, per night; • unauthorized pets, up to $100 per pet, per night; • unapproved early check ins and late check outs, $50 per hour; • late checks outs after 1pm, an additional night’s stay; • parties or events, up to $2,500 with any extra cleaning and damages being charged separately; smoking of any kind, up to $1,000.
