This is a wonderful 1st floor unit at the Marina Pinacate Resort 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. The Resort is close to popular and beautiful Sandy Beach. There is beachfront access, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shopping nearby. You cannot go wrong with a stay at this beautiful resort. There is a common area with a wonderful tile courtyard and a beautiful swimming pool. The resort also has a fitness and business center.

Pinacate 105 details
The living room of this unit has been nicely furnished with two emerald green sofas. One folds out into a comfortable bed for two additional guests. In the entertainment center, you will find a flat-screen TV. There are many plants in the room that give the unit a very tropical feel. There are two sliding glass doors that take you to the patio where you will be just steps away from the sand and surf. The dining room has a lovely dinette set with seating for four people. The kitchen has light wood cabinets with complimenting emerald green tiled countertops and matching tiled backsplash. Stainless steel built-in appliances, along with small appliances like a blender and coffee maker are available. There is also a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools, as well as a purified water cooler.

Bedrooms & Patio
The master bedroom has a King-size wrought iron bed, and a lovely earth tone striped bedding set. There are two matching bedside tables and a lovely matching dresser. There is also a sliding glass door that opens to the patio. The master bathroom has single sink vanity tiles in aqua blue tiles. There are a separate tub and shower as well as plenty of storage for your toiletries. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed with an arched light wood colored headboard. There are two matching bedside tables and a dresser to store your belongings. The room also has a window that you should open at night and lull yourself to sleep with the sounds of the waves crashing. The 2nd bathroom has a stand-up shower and a lovely single sink vanity with plenty of counter space and lighting. The patio has been furnished with a square table made of stone set to seat four people. The chairs are wrought iron with soft beige seat cushions. This is the perfect spot to watch the sunrise or sunset over the Sea of Cortez. The unit comes with ceiling fans throughout and all the comforts needed to feel right at home. You will not be disappointed with your stay in unit 105 of the Marina Pinacate Resort.

the place is overall nice but does need an upgrade kitchen faucet did not work some areas were dirty and broken . and the smell inside smelled abandoned just not too welcoming the location and view was very nice but i myself would not book this place again .

The condo was very nice, although the tiles around the tub in the second bathroom need some repairs. It might be nice to have a guide to using the remote controls and the streaming platforms.

The overall rating I gave this unit was for the property management company CASAGO. The property itself was clean and right on the beach and fully stocked kitchen if you were going to cook. Now CASAGO is another story. We called twice on Sunday to get someone to fix the TV's. Both times a technician was on the way, NOT. Called again Monday, same story. Called Tuesday, same story. Finally someone showed up after the Wednesday phone call. We were not informed that they had been there until I noticed the remotes had been moved. Well they fixed 2 of the 3 tvs and guess called it good. No phone calls from them no communications what so ever. At this point I didn't care and let it be. We would go to a bar to watch the football game and world series game. Just be prepared that if you want to have TV while you are there, be prepared to share your Amazon login or youtube information to be able to get anything.

Bathroom sink faucet and tile work needed. Bugs in that second bathroom, need to be sprayed. Needed batteries in tv clicker, Roku didn't work in Living Room. Need better communication with property manager. Just needs a little TLC, had a great time and location was wonderful. Thank you

We went for my granddaughter’s birthday. I tried cooking and the stove was not working, also the light in both bedrooms was not working. Called maintenance and no one ever came. We ended checking out one day early. The company did refunded me with one day of stay.

Be aware

This stay was not as expected. The unit is right by the elevator and lobby so there is always noise. They want you to pay $10 for a wrist band so you can access the property. Not understanding why we spend X amount of dollars to stay at this resort to just to pay for a wrist band. It should have been complementary from the host. I come to Rocky Point often for work and never had to pay for a wristband. They never fixed our stopped up bathtub, only made excuses as to why they could not fix it.

No internet, no wifi, upcharge from VRBO to use Casago

Overall Marina Pinacate is fine, but this condo was neglected, no wi-fi, no cable/internet/satellite, few useful dishes, washing machine broken, if these people want any returning customers ever, they need to step up their game - I'll never go back to this unit tho.

Checking process was a joke. Patio furniture broken. Dusty and dirty. Not enough towel.

No beach nor pool towels. TV dont work. None of the 3. Place is outdated and dirty. Security is ridiculous. patio chairs broken. Fell in and hurt myself. Kitchen not well equipped. No happy at all with this condo. The worst I ever stay at here in marina pinacate! 105 was not a good choice. Over paid
