Enjoy a beautiful, newly remodeled condo - perfectly located on Spring Street! We offer a free designated off street parking and we’re walking distance to all of the action downtown!

You’ll have the entire Suite to yourself! We’ll provide check-in instructions with the property address and door code on the day before check-in. There are two hot tubs and fire pits on the property for your enjoyment.

We are here to answer any questions you may have! We’ll also give recommendations on our favorite places to visit while enjoying our beautiful town.

We are located in a safe neighborhood in the Historical District in Downtown Eureka Springs.

We are walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. There is a local taxi service, as well as Uber on the weekends. We also have a trolly that you can ride for a fee, to get a tour of the town.

For larger groups, inquire about booking multiple suites or the entire property. If it is available then we are happy to accommodate.

What a wonderful property we stayed at on Spring Street! It had everything we needed for our quick get away! The suite was spotless and had all the extra touches available to us. We had 2 robes, toiletries, hot tub towels, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels in the suite along with dishwashing detergent pods to use. Water, yogurt snacks and oatmeal along with coffee pods were also available. The hot tub was nice and outside sitting area with fire pits was pleasant for a cooler evening (2 different areas available). Communication by property manager was spot on! We loved the original door and doorbell into the building!! Each suite had their own parking spot. We will definitely stay here, again!

Perfect location! Close enough to walk to everything, but far enough to be relaxing. Pictures are accurate, and the space was super clean, modern, and welcoming! Nice stay. Clean, great communication. There was no bedside lamp, I asked for one and it was dropped off same day. Convenient parking although twice another party staying at the multi tenant bldg took my spot. Not a ding to the host, just inconvenient and possible. Kitchen was the main draw for me, and it lacked ventilation. No hood, windows seized closed by paint and no window screens even if you could get one open. The kitchen did not furnish any basics seasonings, oil, plastic wrap, or foil. It would’ve been nice to have a box of facial tissues in the room. Also, instructions for the hot tub should be provided to guests. I couldn’t get it up to temp until my 4th day trying. A few items to work out to earn that 5th star, but it was nice.
