FREE access to MGM Grand's pools and Lazy river, and all the pools in Tower 1-3 at the MGM Signature.

FREE access to the Fitness center located in tower 1 and tower 3.

FREE valet parking but subject to availability. If valet parking is full, you will be directed to paid self-parking at MGM Grand.

FREE use of MGM washers and dryers for reservations of seven days or longer. Laundry room is located near the Tower 2 lobby, accessible by key card.

MGM Grand Garden Arena is a five- to eight-minute walk using the air-conditioned indoor moving walkways.
Other things to note
This is an owner managed suite. We furnished our room with personal items to create a welcoming environment for all our guests. We kindly ask you handle all the fragile decorative items, rug, and pillows with care. Please put the decorative pillows/throw blanket inside the closet when using the sofa bed and bed.

Other things to note

Per MGM Signature policy, there are only four guests maximum in the studio suite.

You MUST be 21 years old and older to book.

MGM requires a refundable security deposit upon check in. A $100/night to a maximum $300 per stay.

MGM Signature has a strict no pet and no smoking policy.

Signature is a non-smoking property. If there is evidence of smoking of any substance in your accommodation, you will incur a minimum deep cleaning fee of $500 charged to your hotel account.

Please note that e-cigs, vapors, hookahs, marijuana etc. fall under our non-smoking policy. Cleaning fees will be applied to smoking in areas that are non-smoking.

We offer a one time cleaning upon check out. If you would like additional cleaning or extra towels, please contact us by 12:00 pm to ensure same day confirmation/delivery. An addional $100 cleaning fee applies for in between stays.

Check out is 11:00 am. If you have not previously arranged a late check out, please leave promptly as there is an extra charge for any unauthorized late check out.

Easy check in process. Please present a valid ID and credit card to front desk to finalize your reservation.

If you are arriving past 10 pm, please call MGM Signature and notify front desk to avoid an automatic cancellation of your reservation. Late arrival, proceed to check in at Tower 2. They are open 24 hours a day.

Valet parking is not guaranteed and subject to availability. If valet parking is full, you will be directed to MGM Grand's paid parking garage. You can easily use the indoor walkway to MGM Signature.
