Cozy single storey house, 350 meters from the sea of Jurerê Internacional,
Located at Rua dos Arenques, Jurerê Internacional, next to Avenida Búzios.
It has swimming pool, barbecue and a beautiful lawn garden in front of the house.
It has 4 bedrooms all with split air conditioning, 2 suites, orthobom box beds, large living and dining room with high ceilings, split air conditioning, 2 sofa beds, full kitchen with new appliances (side by side refrigerator, stove ), crockery, cutlery, etc.
Open balcony with armchairs and hammocks overlooking the garden.
Bedrooms have closets.
2 TV's, one being 40 inches.
Wireless internet (wifi) 30 megs.
Net cable tv.
Apple TV
Netflix.
It has swimming pool, barbecue, garden with grass, tree and swing for children.
It has 2 parking spaces and parking for 2 cars
Laundry area with washing machine.
Adult and children's bicycles.
The house is ideal for families with children as it is single storey and has no stairs. We have a kids kitchen.
Baby carriage, crib, bath and changing table.
We also have a canvas pool cover to use to prevent accidents with children.
Chairs, umbrella and cart for beach.
The house is close to the Fruit Tree Grove which has several varieties of native trees, Valentine's walk, Donna restaurants, La Serena (former Taiko), P-12, Café de La Musique and Open shopping (restaurants, snack bars, pharmacy , shops, little square for children).
Safe, guarded and very nice place.
We rent in low season and Ironman.
Credit card payment accepted, either by PayPal and secure Pag.
Near Jurerê Internacional Beach there are Daniela Beach and Praia do Forte, and the latter can be accessed on foot, passing by the Fort of São José da Ponta Grossa built from 1740.

Super bem recebidos!

Denise e Valdez nos receberam super bem quando chegamos. Nos mostraram a casa, piscina, churrasqueira e tudo mais. Nos deixaram super a vontade. A casa eh otima, numa rua super tranquila, ideal para criancas eu diria. Os quartos sao grandes e confortaveis. Super recomendo!

A nossa estadia foi ótima. A casa é exatamente como as fotos. Os proprietários são muito atenciosos. A praia é muito próxima. Lugar calmo, ótimo para se divertir durante o dia e dormir tranquilamente a noite! Casa toda climatizada e limpa. Área de churrasqueira e piscina divertem todos. RECOMENDO!

A casa que alugamos era melhor do que imaginávamos. Grande, arejada e com tudo que precisávamos. Estávamos em 8 pessoas e atendeu a todas as nossas expectativas. Não é uma casa muito moderna, mais família. Porém para o que buscávamos atendeu muito. Próximo de tudo da região. A relação custo/benefício ajudou na escolha e garanto que foi tudo bem. O proprietário era muito atencioso e nos deixou tranquilo em sua propriedade. Recomendo a amigos que querem curtir uma casa agradável com um custo bacana.

Muito bem localizada em Jurerê Internacional. Próxima ao mar, a uma quadra da entrada do famoso e bem frequentado Restaurante Taiko e a poucos metros de um dos melhores Hotéis de Florianópolis IL Campanário e Open Shopping. Oferece cozinha completa com geladeira, forno, fogão, microondas, armários, mesa, louças, copos, panelas; garagem ampla; lavanderia; sala ampla com mesa de jantar e ambiente com sofás e televisão tela grande com tv a cabo; Quatro quartos sendo duas suítes, todos com guarda roupas,camas de casal muito confortáveis, assim como os travesseiros, cobertas e roupas de cama e mais colchões adicionais. Dispõem de agradável espaço com churrasqueira e piscina. Enfrente a casa uma varanda gostosa de ficar com um gramado à frente. Foram dias maravilhosos nesta casa. Não tínhamos vontade de sair para visitar outros lugares. Simplesmente sem vontade nenhuma de voltar para as nossas casas, já que lá, nos sentíamos realmente em casa! Trata-se de verdadeiro conjunto de beleza de lugar, localização, e especialmente conforto na hospedagem.Nossa intenção é voltar lá sempre que possível. Casa completa e aconchegante! Hospedagem recomendada e aprovada com certeza! Parabéns ao proprietário pelo excelente serviço prestado.

RECOMENDO

A casa surpreende em todos os sentidos. Além da localização privilegiada, próximo a praia; ao open shopping e restaurantes, o imóvel é equipado com móveis e eletrodomésticos de excelente qualidade, sem contar que, tudo nos foi entregue muito limpo e organizado. A área de festas da casa nos permitiu curti-la, ainda mais, já que, a piscina foi uma atração para as crianças que adoraram as férias e, diga-se de passagem, querem voltar...! Nos aguardem!

Localização perfeita, perto da praia e de restaurantes. Imóvel super limpo, roupa de cama impecável e móveis e eletromésticos de boa qualidade e em ótimo estado. Sem falar que o proprietário foi gentil e super receptivo.
