Everything is new, modern, and comfortable at this three-level townhome in Beaver Creek, a completely remodeled mountain escape in the midst of multimillion-dollar homes. In this unbeatable location, you are 2,200 feet from the ski lift and can walk less than half a block and ski down to the lift at Beaver Creek Resort and ski back in at the day's end.

A wonderful spot for hiking, skiing, running, and biking, this quiet home enjoys access to the free Beaver Creek shuttle (which connects to both the village and the slopes), a running trail down the street with views of the mountains and the Beaver Creek Golf Club, and an outdoor pool and tennis courts on the grounds.

As you step inside, you'll find a space that has been thoughtfully redone from top to bottom, with such details as engineered hardwoods, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans, and humidifiers. The main, open living area features a sectional leather sofa, a gas fireplace with a flatscreen TV mounted to its hearth, and doors that lead outside to a deck and a gas grill with a view of the neighboring tennis courts. The kitchen is outfitted with beautiful granite and tile, stainless steel appliances (including a double oven and a dishwasher), a breakfast bar for three, and an adjacent table that seats eight.

After dinner, you can retreat to the upstairs loft to watch TV or play games with your loved ones. Each of the bedrooms has a TV as well, including a primary bedroom with its own electric fireplace and bathroom with a remodeled quartz double vanity sink heated toilet seat, and shower. One of the guest bedrooms has direct access to an outdoor patio with a plush loveseat. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer and free WiFi throughout the house.
