Freshly renovated and super comfy, this home is your perfect Billings base! Just 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes to I-90, close to great food, shopping, and event venues. Chill in cozy bedrooms and spacious living areas. Bring your pets — the fenced backyard is all theirs! No endless chore list at checkout — just pure relaxation. We’d love to host you! You'll be staying in the simple yet elegant upstairs unit. The upstairs is completely separate from the basement and doesn't share any amenities or entrances. This space is fully equipped to be your home away from home. New, high-end appliances including in-unit washer and dryer and fast Wi-fi provide everything needed for extended stays and multiple guests. You'll sleep soundly in our cozy beds and soft linens. The bathroom includes full tub and shower, plush towels and a heated floor system. Guests will have dedicated driveway parking as well as fully fenced backyard and patio space. My wife, Co-host and myself maintain the property including cleaning, lawn care and general upkeep. You may see us around during your stay. Although the basement unit is completely separate from the upstairs, you may see our Co-host outside from time to time. Within walking distance of several city parks, two universities, The Granary restuarant and Great Harvest bakery. Billings-Logan airport, the medical campuses for St. Vincent's Healthcare and Billings Clinic, and a majority of Billings event venues are within a convenient 5 to 10 minute drive. The house is located near a quiet, walkable, neighborhood to the south. With Great Harvest Bakery only four blocks from the front door. The gas fireplace in the living room is very warm and easy to use, with detailed instructions in the guest manual. Our road can be very busy during peak hours, and our driveway is set at an incline, so please be sure to look both ways when entering or exiting the driveway. Guests may on occasion hear noise from the downstairs unit during the daytime.
