Gather used towels
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out time: 10:00am. CHECKOUT TRASH: Please take all trash to outside Main trash container. Recycling material need to be placed inside recycling container.  
CHECKOUT TOWELS: Kindly place all dirty in laundry room.   CHECKOUT DISHES: Please kindly load dishwasher and make sure all dishes are washed prior to your departure.
BBQ Grill: if used kindly scrub grill surface with metal tools located by BBQ area, grill/oven cleaner provided for your convenience and located under kitchen sink.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO DRUGS including CANNABIS allowed. If violation occurs, you will be fined a $1000 fee &amp; will be reported to all online rental portals.
TRASH: If your stay falls on a Tuesday: Please take trash, recycling containers to front of property for Wednesday Morning Trash pickup Day.
TOWELS/DISHES: Plz load dishes and turn machine on. No Bleach, plz put all towels on top of master bed prior 2 Checkout. Turn Lights and Air off.

Owner of the property is very responsive. House is clean and excellent for business trips or if you have a family with you and kids. It is close to restaurants and in between the airport to downtown Sacramento.

Great downtown location

The property seems newly renovated and is comfortable and spacious. It has one king size bed and two rooms with 2 twin beds in each. They are small but comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for use. It is only 10 minutes to Old Town and downtown if you are going to the convention center or capital.
