Our townhome combines modern elegance with the comforts of home. Located on a quiet street with upper-level balcony views of the Colorado River Portal, our home provides a spacious kitchen with a combined living/dining area, laundry room, 3.5 bathrooms, along with a two-car garage. Four bedrooms within the home will sleep 8 comfortably. Arches and Canyonlands National Parks are a short drive from the home and downtown Moab is minutes away with shopping, restaurants, and outdoor outfitters.
Lower level: Kitchen is spacious and bright with modern chrome appliances, gas range oven, and a generous amount of seating from large table/chairs and bar stools at counter. Living and dining area combined with kitchen. Living area includes large couch, comfy chair, and cable TV with options to stream your favorite shows.
Upper level: Laundry room with washer/dryer, two common area bathrooms, along with four bedrooms including master. Master bedroom has a large closet area, balcony and a private bathroom with tub and separate shower. Note: balcony is accessible from master and front bedroom.

Was not impressed with the cleanliness of the house, carpets and couch were super dirty, cockroaches were in the garage and bottom level of the house, cobwebs on the light fixtures.
Other than cleanliness, the overall stay was pleasant, owner was super nice when checking into the place.
We really liked this place. Comfy couch for watching shows and nice dining table for board games. The beds were really comfy too. It could use a deep clean - light fixture cobwebs, dusty baseboards, some roaches in the main area, and lots of carpet stains.
Our stay at 554 was wonderful! House was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out if we wanted to, but cozy enough have all of us in one spot. Showers were well pressurized and hot. Beds were glorious, especially after all the hiking we did. A few recommendations: add pegs by the front door for coats/jackets. Additional door mats to catch sand and dust. Add clothes trees to bedrooms. Other than those few things, it was bliss, we will definitely rent from you again!
Was very happy with the condo. Clean and comfortable, with a huge well stocked kitchen. Easy access to downtown as well as hwy 191 to Arches and Canyonlands. We had 8 in our group and all of us had spacious bedrooms, comfy beds with plenty of room for everyone. Would highly recommend. Hot water was no problem. We loved it!
This property was excellent - great location in Moab, beautifully decorated, perfect bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, complete with everything we needed. We were so glad we stayed here!
The only logistical issue was that there were two showers. In this accommodation, I would say it is a first world problem. The kitchen was great, the beds were comfortable, and the place was clean. It was a great stay!
This is a very nice property. All linens are nice beds are comfy. Towels fluffy. I’d like to hire the person who installed their flooring and shower tile. All finishing are high end. Sofa is comfortable. Kitchen is adequately stocked. Beautiful patio to enjoy coffee and the balcony off the bedrooms makes for beautiful Mountain View’s. Highly recommend. No issues with hot water in showers.
Checking in was seamless; the property had been thoroughly cleaned when we arrived; and has all the amenities one needs. The location is great (about 10 minutes from Arches National Park), and within walking distance of downtown Moab. The bedrooms are good-sized and having two walk-in showers is an added bonus. We would not hesitate to rent this property again.
Overall okay, stove top dirty, cobwebs in corners, cockroaches by garage. Back yard outdoor seating unusable. Dirty, trash all over, broken chairs.
We were out and about mostly so we just ignored the above.
Beds very comfortable, location great, tons of space
Hot water (or lack thereof) was a serious problem, likely due to the type of hot water heater they have. Previous renter also complained, but the problem wasn't fixed before we got there. Hope they CAN get that fixed!
Property manager was very quick to respond and address issues, the majority of which were very, very minor (trim fell off kitchen cabinet, bleach spots in upstairs carpet).
This place is very nice, seems new, and was VERY clean. Location is so-so, but not bad. Would stay again if they could guarantee a hot shower!
The house was nice, the rooms are great. We slept 5 grown men and 3 women comfortably. It had everything we needed. My only complaint is the hot water issue the house has. I saw in another review there was a water pressure issue, but we didn't experience anything out of the usual for Moab's water pressure. The hot water was horrid though. It would take 5 minutes to even get warm never hot, then it would go freezing cold. At best, you have 3 minutes of ok enough water to get clean in. That is why I gave a 4 star and not a 5 star. Other than that this place was perfect for us!
The property manager (Kami) was delightful and truly cared about our experience during and after. The personalized attention made us sure that any concerns or info needed would receive a response.
The unit was perfect for enjoying time together in the living area and large kitchen, and then ample bedroom space for alone time.
The location allows for easy access and the coffee shop is just a block away, which was a daily AM walk to wake up. Having multiple bikes with us, the garage let us prep comfortably for the days outing.
We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
Great central location near downtown. about 3 blocks off Hwy 191. no need to spend more $ to stay on the main drag. very spacious with a nice 2 car garage. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths upstairs. 1/2 bath downstairs.
Kami is a great host. Would definitely stay here again.
Note there is no hot tub available as was stated in the ad.
