Canceled on me out of nowhere

I drove 9 hours to Nashville and never received the door code. I was an hour away from town and called the host. She said my stay was canceled for no reason. We had to book a last minute place and it added an over 30 minute drive to our work each morning. I would love to speak with a supervisor
