What a lovely home in an excellent location! We came into town to attend a wedding and it was a great home base to get away and relax between all the scheduled events. Loved the central location - was even able to walk to Roger's! Couldn't ask for better! The house was clean and well equipped- wouldn't have changed anything about our stay.
The inside was very nice, the outside needed a little pruning, the contact person was excellent to work with, overall the visit was a good experience, we had a little issue with ants but figured it out. We were long time coeur d'alene residents and it brought back a lot of memories.
Great cozy place within walking distance of a lot of fun. Clean comfortable beds and an excellent patio to have guests. The only thing I can say negative is that if you’re over 5’10” the bottom floor is not for you. Other then that it a great historic place.
My family really enjoyed the stay it was very clean and There was everything you could need in the kitchen and throughout the house.

I honestly don’t know how this property got any five star ratings. It is a mishmash of cheap furniture. The bathroom tub was so plugged we couldn’t empty the water overnight. We had to wait a day till a plumber could come and he said it had to have been like that for months. In addition, the tub was filthy. We asked for someone to come in and clean, and they said they couldn’t reach anybody at this late time. My son-in-law had to scrub the tub out himself. The sheets were stained. We had requested more Lens because of the condition of the house and the host never responded to our request. The outside condition of the house was no better than the inside.

Oh wow. Didn't see this review coming. We addressed the bathtub the same day it was reported. It could not have been blocked for a month since the house was rented almost daily all summer--and they all left 5-star reviews. I sent the cleaners out that same day to vacuum and clean, and they couldn't see what the guest felt was dirty. This is a very clean, tidy and nice home, as you can see by the 5 years of 5-star reviews we have received. And, finally, I immediately replied to every comment that was ever made, as I always have, and always will do.
We had a nice stay at Ivy Cottage. It was clean and comfortable. It was walking distance to downtown. We would definitely stay there again. Tracy was very easy to work with and responsive to our inquiries.
We really enjoyed our stay! Very cute quaint neighborhood! Very close to downtown CDA, the house was clean, all of the amenities, and plenty of room! We will visit again soon
It was a great neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful, close to great restaurants and close to the Coeur D'Alene Park and Lake. Had my daughters over and my grandkids for a night each. Loved the huge deck. Just wish it had been a little warmer. It was awesome the 2 days that the sun was shining. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your home for a family get together.
The house is cozy and warm--perfect for our family. The check in process was seamless and Tracy was understanding in us being delayed in arriving. Lots of space for our family and outdoor space was vast which was important for us.
The only negative was that there was construction dumpsters on the road in front of the house so parking was a little tricky. Not the fault of our hosts though--they were renovating the house across the street.
Would certainly stay there again!
