NEW Lakefront Home in Bemus w/ Dock - sleeps 12
This lakefront property is the perfect home for family gatherings w/ 8 beds (2 - Kings, 2 - Queens, 2 sets of bunk beds), 3 full baths, 2 kitchens, and 2 large living rooms. Within walking distance of downtown Bemus Point, golf course, and local restaurants, bars and shops. Cozy up to the fireplace while watching the beautiful sunset after a day of boating, snowmobiling, skiing, or ice fishing.
** AC available in 2nd floor of house only
THE SPACE:
The house is part of the Bemus Point Lodge and sits lakefront with a newly renovated 13 unit boutique motel nestled behind it. There is a shared path on the side of the house that is used by guests who are accessing the dock/boat slips. Guests are welcome to use the large shared fire pit next to the docks as well.
GUEST ACCESS:
** Blackstone flat top grill is available for guest use. Guests are responsible for filling/replacing propane tank or bringing their own.
** AC available in 2nd floor of house only
