Our cottage has 5 bedrooms (one with bunk beds for the kids, one with a queen bed, one with a double bed, one with a queen and 2 sets of twin bunks, and a master with a king). Additionally, the sun room has a pull-out twin bed, and there's also a twin daybed with twin trundle in the game bungalow (game bungalow has A/C for summer use, but no heat). We have 4 full bathrooms - one with a stand-up shower and 3 with a bathtub/shower. Central heat and central air conditioning provide year-round comfort.

The dock offers easy access to fishing and swimming, and an open boat slip with pilings for docking your boat. There is plenty of outdoor furniture, including an outdoor dining table with umbrella, adirondack deck chairs, a full hammock, and a single swing hammock. The summer game bungalow is one of our renters’ favorites – a place to escape to play foosball, darts, or one of the many board games stocked in the cottage. The game bungalow is a perfect bedroom/retreat for pre-teens or teens during their vacation. We keep the house stocked with lawn games and Schwinn cruiser bikes for our renters to use also.
A small, stackable washer-dryer is available. There is off-street parking for up-to 4 cars, plus street-side overflow parking 1 block away.
1/8 mile from the cottage is Bridgeview -- a mini-mart/gas station/liquor-n-beer shop/small deli -- which provides absolute convenience.
