We're less than 10 minutes to Barcelona harbor on Lake Erie and the public boat launch on Chautauqua Lake at Mayville's Lakeside Park, about 10 minutes from Chautauqua Institution's main gate and less than 5 minutes to the Village of Westfield's town center with its quaint restaurants, antique shops and more.
Enjoy a fire in the living room wood-burning fireplace (there's also another gas fireplace in the lower level) while overlooking the pond from the huge wall of windows. In warm weather, the large decks are perfect for happy hour or enjoying a good book. Don't forget the outdoor fire pit that overlooks Lake Erie.
The lower entrance level has 3 bedrooms (one with a fireplace) that share a full bath. As you go up the stairs, you’ll come to a large living room with huge windows overlooking the pond, a wood-burning fireplace and a wet bar. The dining and kitchen area, laundry facilities and another full bath with jetted tub are on this level along with the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Sliding doors lead from the kitchen and master bedroom out to the wrap-around decks with plenty of space for outdoor dining. You'll also be able to enjoy the beautiful views from the 6 person hot tub located on this elevated deck.
We have a mini-split A/C system that cools the great room and master bedroom and a separate window A/C for the loft bedroom. 
On the upper level, there is a loft space overlooking the living room with a sitting area with sleeper sofa and a separate bedroom with queen-sized bed. You'll find another loft space above the dining room with lounge space and a TV and an office nook with desk.
You’ll have the entire home to yourself during your stay.
