You will be in a beautiful and relaxing area near restaurants, parks, fishing, and ski slopes. Some great attractions you can find nearby include Rose Walk, Vance Street Park, Deep Creek Tube Center, Wheels Through Time Motorcycle Museum, Maggie Valley Festival Grounds, and Cataloochee Ski Area. Also, day trips to Dollywood (72 miles) and Pigeon Forge (68 miles).

In addition to an unbeatable location, you are also granted access to a variety of entertaining community amenities, including an outdoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, and the historic Lake Junaluska Golf Course, a fun and challenging par-68, 18-hole course with scenic views of the Blue Ridge Mts and Lake Junaluska. Opened in 1919, the course now spans 5,108 yards and is open to the public year-round.

The outdoor pool is open daily, weather permitting, from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
