Finger Lakes Retreat for Thanksgiving & "It's a Wonderful Life Fest"!
Celebrate Thanksgiving or experience the "It's a Wonderful Life" Festival from our peaceful country home in the Finger Lakes, minutes from Seneca Falls. Enjoy roomy space for four adults in two private queen bedrooms- each with it's own full bath. The well-stocked kitchen offers everything you'll need. Living room and deck offer breathtaking views of rolling farmland and Amish country. The views are spectacular for sunrise, sunset, and meteor showers! Laundry facilities add convenience, and the clip clop of Amish carriages add the charm. Yost House is nicely private and surrounded by beauty. Enjoy the deck and relax by the firepit (weather-permitting, of course). The circular driveway allows for easy in and out and it's only a few short miles to neighboring towns and multiple wineries (the nearest winery is only a couple miles away)!

I am beyond grateful to have been raised in this town, growing up surrounded by lakes, waterfalls, gorges, farms, family, and incredible beauty. It is my joy to be able to share this incredible area with travelers seeking to explore the Finger Lakes. An artist friend of mine once shared that the light between these majestic lakes is "special, unique, and different", and I agree. You can see colors that perhaps you've never experienced before!
Why they chose this property
The open space and views over the farm land, the horses and mules, Amish farming, sunrise, sunset, star-gazing, bicycling and easy driving to countless parks, historical places, restaurants, and many, many wineries!
What makes this property unique
Two Bedrooms with queen size beds are located at each either end of the house, each with it's own full bath, offering enhanced privacy. Windows are many, and even rainy days can't obscure the amazing views as you relax in the living room. You have acres of land to wander around, and you can traverse the Nature Walk around the property. Have your coffee as the sun rises and dine on the deck if weather permits.
