Comfortable home in charming Southgate
About this space
10 minutes from Siesta Key, Downtown, Waterfront restaurants, and more. Conveniently located between trendy Gulf Gate, and upscale St. Armands. The terrazzo and tile floors are nice and cool, the fenced in back yard is perfect for kids, pets and adults alike. The place is being updated slowly, more photos to come. We are also happy to offer car and e-bike rentals as well!

No smoking or vaping please!
If you smoke, please find somewhere else to stay. If one of your friends or family sneaks a smoke outside, you must close all doors and windows immediately. There is a cleaning fee if curtains, rugs, sofa and chairs smell of smoke.
People stay here because it is non smoking home. All fabrics will need to be professionally cleaned or replaced. Walls, floors and ceiling will need to be cleaned as well. Peoples vacations may have to be canceled. Please respect our home.
