Great place for a golf getaway

Four golf buddies all had their own room and bath. Large kitchen and football watching area made for great comraderie. The pool table upstairs settled some outstanding bets from the course!

Great house for annual golf trip.

House was perfect our group. We had a little trouble at check in with a delay in cleaning; however, communication was on point and it was taken care of right away. Would recommend without hesitation.

Perfect stay at Reunion Resort

You can’t go wrong with this house in the Reunion Resort! We have been staying at this resort for over 10 years and this was the best experience yet. The house is large, well maintained and has everything you could want. Large bedrooms with attached bathrooms, great kitchen and fun outdoor space with pool. Andy is a great host.

Family Reunion

Great property, good location. Had an issue arise the first night that was beyond the owners control. After reaching out, he was all over it and made sure it was corrected and compensated us for it. The resort community is great and we had alot of fun. Can’t wait to go back!

Guys Golf Getaway

Everything was great except for the pool and hot tub were ice cold. The heater was broken. We were looking forward to the hot tub after a day of golf.

Beautiful house

This house is beautiful! Each bedroom having an ensuite bathroom was great for our family. There were a few minor issues such as the cable not working for the first 2 days, but someone did come out and fix it. Management was very responsive. The futon was also not in working order, but luckily one of our family members canceled last minute so we didn't need it. Overall I would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay here again!

Please be advised that Reunion have now moved over to a brand new cable TV system. The guests checked in at the end of that process. They were compensated with 6 days of free pool and spa heat for that inconvenience. The futon works absolutely fine. I can only assume that the guest possibly didn’t know how it worked. My management company could have assisted them.

Beautiful Home

We stayed at this home for a weekend golf trip. Couldn’t have enjoyed it more. There was ten of us and even though there wasn’t 10 beds there was still plenty of room for the entire party. There was also a plethora of towels available. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need (bring your own spices).Super clean home and the only thing I think it could benefit from is possibly a theater room. All amenities were clearly detailed in the sections. Having access to the reunion pools etc was really nice. Host was responsive even in another time zone. Great home!

Excellent Home

Everything was as advertised. The pool alarm was annoying but understood the need for it. Hot tub did not work but realized after checking the booking it is noted is was not guantees. If they are aware of this, perhaps it should be repaired as I was looking forward to being in the pool. Everything else was as advertised. Had a great time spending my birthday weekend with my family all together in one home.

Short Family Stay

The home was spacious and looks like the pictures. The pool lights and spa never worked. We did not have the jets to come on at all for the spa. We called several times and someone did come out once. The lights in the pool area came on for a period of time that night and that was it.The dishwasher never worked. We were told that a new one had been ordered and would be installed the next day. That never happened.The twin bedroom, one of the beds needs a new mattress. Some of the rooms had a hard mattresses which was hard to sleep on.

Thanks for your review. The lights on the pool/spa are on a timer. I think that’s were the misunderstanding is. I can’t argue with your assessment of the dishwasher which has been replaced with brand new one. The buttons on the spa have now also been replaced. I don’t want to apportion blame but they did work for the guests before you. Either way it’s sorted now. Re the beds. the twin beds are not very old. I suppose firmness of mattresses is down to personal preference. That is why you get a range of choices from soft to firm in the bed shops. I do accept that your stay was t as good as it could have been and for that I apologise.

Needs a little TLC

Beautiful resort community and a simply gorgeous home…unfortunately it was very dirty and had a number of things that could have been done prior to our arrival (not sure if they had guests immediately prior to our arriving)- trash was found around the exterior of the home- we had 2 large spiders that found their way in (pest control)?- a very large cockroach was found in the living area (see above on pest control)- dishwasher did not work (to their credit they called in a service but they weren’t able to fix ( we ended up doing the dishes by hand which was no big deal)- refrigerator was leaking from the bottom - our grandchildren’s feet were dark and dirty from the floors as I don’t think they were mopped or swifted In the end, I thought the owners or management firm were fine to communicate withWe didn’t share the issues above other than the dishwasher as it would take at least a few days to have a landscaping company come in and clean up the outside area, a cleaning company come in to do a deep clean and a pest control company to come in and do a thorough exterminating process Cockroaches are not goodHopefully, they spend some time and to fix the place upIt is a beautiful home in a great resort

Thanks for your review Rich. I can’t argue with most of your comments. Standards obviously slipped for your stay and I took this up with my management company. Re the cockroaches it is always possible to get the odd one in Florida and have seen this situation arise a few times in different properties in my 30 years of going to Florida, Hence the reason why Reunion have onsite pest control.Subsequent reviews indicate that things are back on track. I wanted to wait until I knew this was the case before responding to this review.

Fun in the neighborhood

Andy's vacation home is luxurious and well appointed. Communication with him and the management company was easy and positive. The Reunion amenities included in the all access was a plus, mainly the water park. We didn't leave the home once we get there. The neighborhood was very safe and secure. The golf course is just off the pool deck but we felt very secluded because of the mature foliage providing privacy, Overall, we loved our experience.
