Whole house in Schroon Lake: 35 min to Gore Mnt!

This home is the perfect family or friends getaway in a quiet neighborhood, with plenty of parking. Only a short walking distance to beautiful Schroon Lake and all the town has to offer. The great outdoors is waiting here for you!

Spend your summer or winter days in Schroon Lake, swimming, boating, Ice fishing, snowmobiling or sledding! Or explore nearby Lake George Village, Great Escape or ski Gore Mountain, all only 30min away.

This Entire home is yours with 3 bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen.
The space
You will have access to the whole private home. There is one closet that will be locked with the hosts’ personal belongings. The kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking equipment, full size stove and refrigerator & dishwasher and much more! It has a skylight and is open to the living room.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and dresser. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a closet. The third bedroom has a full-size bed and closet. . They are open and bright rooms!
There is a patio area with a fire pit available for your use (firewood can be purchased at Stewart’s or various other private locations around).
Guest access
You have access to all but one closet!
The laundry facilities are in the basement as well as a ping pong and air-hockey tables! We have had occasional water issues during rainy weather down there :( Please let me know if that happens during your stay. Nothing a towel won’t hold at bay (I have several "junk" towels down there just in case) but frustrating all the same. The basement and yard are both works in progress. We appreciate your patience as we work to make the house and even better experience to stay in.
Other things to note:
The home is on the street where the fire station is located. Schroon Lake is a very quiet town but there are, of course, emergencies on occasion! The fire whistle can be startling if you don’t know what it is! Don’t be alarmed if you hear a loud whistle.
