Main level has family room, full kitchen and dining nook, formal living and dining rooms, office, sun room and 1/2 bath. Bedrooms, full bath and laundry room are upstairs. 2-car attached garage parking. Large deck with mountain and golf course views. Walking and biking trails. Vaulted ceilings and lots of windows for light. 3 TV’s including a 65” Smart TV in the office, another Smart TV in the family room and a 3rd TV in the queen bedroom. Utilities, cable and wifi included. Rent reduced to $2000/month with a 4-5 month rental. Quiet, safe neighborhood of custom and semi-custom homes. RTD bus service within walking distance. Private walkout basement apartment is rented long-term and not available.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the deck overlooking the Indian Peaks golf club. The beds were comfortable and the extra air conditioner in the queen bedroom helped cool during the over 90 degree days. We mostly cooked our own meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts invited us to use condiments and spices which was much appreciated.
