Description was accurate and it was very convenient. Close enough to everything that we needed to get to for game day and yet far enough away that we were not in the heart of a ton of traffic. Pricing was a special circumstance: it was a very busy special weekend and so every price at every rental was astronomical. This location was certainly a good value compared to the super inflated prices for this particular game day weekend. I’m sure on regular weekends It is very reasonably priced for anyone. Host was very pleasant and responsive. This was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay there again.

Dirty dishes in the cabinet and stuck to the shelves. Gunk on the walls and molding. Couldn’t figure out the thermostat. No towel racks, hooks or closets to hang clothes or wet towels. Water was bubbling up from the floor. We all left with congestion and coughing. We suspect there is mold. It feels more like a motel 6. Sketchy location and property.

Graduation Stay

The property was clean and comfortable. The only small issues we ran into (batteries in the door lock died) was handled quickly by the host! We enjoyed the visit and thanks for a great experience.

Move in weekend for MSU

Perfect space for our family traveling in from SC to move our daughter into MSU. The property is older but well renovated and maintained. It had everything we needed. We found it to be very comfortable and will book again.

Close to things we do in Starkville. Could have used another bathroom but it was fine.

Game weekend retreat

We loved staying here! Only a 10 minute drive from campus. Shorter drive to restaurants and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. Host was always quick to respond and checked on us periodically. Kitchen is adequately stocked. If planning to cook be sure to check the pictures of what is provided to see if you need to bring something more specific for your cooking. We cooked 3 full meals and everything was great! Would love to stay again!
